Want to have Healthy and Glowing skin?

I had read an article regarding what to eat for glowing skin. I agree that the kind of food that we take in would have greater effect in our skin. Eating variety of fruits and vegetables are highly recommended since it offers different nutritional benefit rather than buying an expensive beauty paraphernalia.

Tip to manage the ulcer

This tip is my personal way in managing the occurrence of my ulcer. It works on me somehow it may or may not work on others but this is all in natural way.

Ulcer is a painful sore in the stomach.

Say good bye to Cola’s beverage and Tea. Before I was a cola drunker to the point that I substitute cola as water but now I discipline myself not to drink cola’s and tea. I would prefer carrot juice and water.

Eat various vegetables to get various nutrients and eat regular meals at regular times. Before, I don’t follow regular meals at regular times and I don’t eat vegetables. But when I had an ulcer, I eat various vegetables since it promotes in wound healing plus I could get various nutrients.

Banana. One of the health benefits of banana is to fight against intestinal disorder that includes ulcer. If someone has an ulcer avoid eating pineapple cause this might worsen the ulcer.

Measles

Now a days, Measles outbreak has been rampant in our community. The other term of Measles is Rubeola.


Measles is caused by a virus and it is common among children. The mode of transmission is via droplets, it can be from the discharge of the mouth or nose when sneezing from the infected individual.


The signs and symptoms of the infected individual is having a flue like then it develops to a cough and fever. The symbolic sign of measles is the Koplik's spot, having a small red spots and bluish white spots inside the mouth.


The spread of spots appear first on the forehead part then going to the lower part like face, neck, body, arms and legs.


The prevention of measles is through MMR vaccination or what it call as Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccination.

Importance of Veggies

Importance of Veggies

Veggies is so important for us to have a healthy body. As one of the author said that veggies contains fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants not only that it provides essential nutrients.

Personally, I do have some important reasons why veggies is so much important in our life to achieve healthy body. When I was a kid, I'm not used to eat veggies and not so aware the importance of that. My father would always reprimand me to ate veggies but I just let his reprimand go in one ear and out the other.
But when I had an ulcer I greatly appreciate and realized that veggies is important to have a healthy body. Having an ulcer gives me discomfort and pain until I discover that veggies could help me relieve and lessen the occurrence of ulcer.
At present, I'll make it sure that every meal, I have a serving of vegetables and fruits. I eat plenty of veggies now like okra. I guess okra is such a great help for me.
So, dont wait for the time that you will encounter health problem before realizing the importance of veggies.
